Our blog coverage of the Star Wars & Star Trek Blueprint Auction is back and, as promised, we are sticking to a galaxy a little closer to home this time and exploring some of the great Star Trek lots in the sale…
Lot # 1 – USS Enterprise NCC-1701 Bow and Stern Blueprint
Star Trek: The Motion Picture
Over the three seasons of the original series, Star Trek fans fell in love with, and committed to memory, every detail and variation seen on the Starship Enterprise. But, when it came to creating the iconic ship for the first Star Trek feature film, the series’ simplistic designs were translated into an intricate, iconic interpretation of the established look. This blueprint lot features a detailed bow and stern shot of the starship, represented in strong blue lines on off white paper.
Lot # 11 – USS Enterprise NCC-1701 Set Stage Plan Blueprint
Star Trek: The Motion Picture
Many Star Trek fans can tell you the placement of the various rooms and offices onboard the USS Enterprise, but very few ever get to examine the view this lot offers. This blueprint gives bidders a detailed representation of Paramount Studios’ Stage 9 during production on Star Trek: The Motion Picture, where much of the stage’s working room was given over to very recognizable interiors of the Enterprise. The engine room, McCoy’s office, Kirk’s quarters, and even the iconic bridge set are all represented here in this detailed drafting.

Lot # 26 – Captain Kirk’s Interior Apartment Blueprint
Star Trek III: The Search for Spock
When not jet setting around the cosmos, Captain Kirk can likely be found catching up on an old favorite in his swanky San Francisco apartment. Fans familiar with the location will recognize it right away from this blueprint thanks to the diamond-like wall configuration and the window-centric circular den. The only things missing are the model ships!
*The blueprints in this auction are copies take from a production-used original. The pieces were printed over twenty years ago as part of a publishing project that was never realized.
