A Command division Starfleet uniform costume from the sci-fi series Star Trek: The Next Generation. Updated Starfleet uniforms were worn from Season 3 onwards by high-ranking crew members of the USS Enterprise.

This costume consists of a black and maroon wool tunic lined with black satin, black pants, and a pair of boots. The tunic features a raised collar with red piping, a rear zipper, a fastening strip on the chest for attaching a combadge, and two tags sewn onto the waistband hand-marked with "Koko RO4 46." The pants feature two fastening strips and a printed "Star Trek VII Irving Lewis" tag, suggesting use by LeVar Burton's stunt double in Star Trek: Generations. This costume exhibits discoloration on the pants, and scuffed boots.
