Captain Leo Davidson's (Mark Wahlberg) astronaut helmet from Tim Burton's Planet of the Apes. Air Force captain Davidson wore his astronaut helmet when he left the space station Oberon and entered an electromagnetic space storm that sent him through time and space to a world where advanced primates were the dominant species. Unique alignment to the holes in the interior fabric lining, as well as intentional weathering applied to the outer trim of this helmet's visor by production, screen-match to a shot just before Davidson departed the space station.

This white cast resin helmet is affixed with a clear acrylic visor featuring metal mechanisms on the sides that allow it to pop up when unlatched and a cushioned mesh interior. The lot exhibits signs of wear from production, including minor discoloration and staining on several elements.
