A lot of ape masks from Tim Burton's sci-fi remake Planet of the Apes. The first mask is an Ari (Helena Bonham Carter) that is made of slip latex, is painted with detail, and is offered on a Styrofoam head. The sides of the mask as well as some of the scalp contain hand-punched hair and Ari's look is finished off with a wig that has been glued on. The inside of the mask is marked "F (c) M-2". The second mask is a chimp mask that is tagged as being worn by Dan Rogerson. This mask is made of foam latex, contains hand-punched hair around the ears, and is presented on a Styrofoam head. The mask also features a full set of resin teeth and has a faux ponytail pinned to the back of its Styrofoam head. The next mask is a gorilla mask made of slip latex that has hand-punched hair and is presented on a Styrofoam head. The final mask is a chimp face mask. This latex mask features paint details with hand-punched brown and white hair around the sides and on the face. Sections of denim and Velcro straps are sewn to the back. This mask is presented on a wooden stand that has various production marking on it. All masks show signs of use but remain in overall good condition.
