A rubber Mini Bat Bomb used in the 2005 Christopher Nolan Batman prequel, Batman Begins. When the Dark Knight kits himself up for a night of vigilante justice, the hero versions of these small bombs can be spotted, and strings of them can be seen flying from the back of the Tumbler during the dramatic chase sequence through Gotham City as a more lethal version equivalent to 'stinger' spikes. Due to its rubber construction the latter scene is most likely where it was used.
The small hard round rubber ball is painted black with several silver painted protrusions which are all still present and even has what appears to be a small hole where the rope that kept the strings together was fixed. It comes presented in a custom built display with laser cut mount board featuring the movie title and stills. The gothic and industrial looking frame measures 49cm x 42cm (19.5” x 16.5”) and is hinged to allow easy access to the prop itself.
