A Gotham City manhole cover from Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Manhole covers lined the streets of Gotham City throughout the film as Batman (Ben Affleck) attempted to gain control of Superman (Henry Cavill) and prevent an impending apocalypse.

Made of foam and fibreglass, this manhole cover has "Gotham City" embossed across the centre with "1635" beneath it. It features strategic openings to allow steam to rise from the sewers below, while the entire cover is finished in a metallic black finish to resemble cast iron. This lot exhibits discolouration, raw edges, and pitting from the curing process. Dimensions: 64.75 cm x 64.75 cm x 4 cm (25.5" x 25.5" x 1.5")
