A pair of IDs used in the production of the hit sci-fi TV series The X-Files.
FBI special investigators Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) wore their IDs whenever they were in the offices of the FBI headquarters in Washington D.C.

The IDs are made of card with printed FBI graphics bearing photographs and printed signatures of the two stars of the show. The cards are retained in transparent plastic wallets with metal clips at the top. The images on the IDs date them to the later seasons of the production, by which time they had moved from using IDs with stuck-on photos to printed copies of the ID for convenience.

Displaying only minor wear from use on the production, the IDs remain in very good condition, measuring 19 cm x 8.5 cm x 1 cm (7 ½” x 3 ½” x ¼”) each.
