A collection of broken toys used in the production of James Watkins’ 2012 horror-drama, The Woman In Black. The film follows a young lawyer, Arthur Kipps (Daniel Radcliffe) as he travels to a remote village terrorised by a vengeful ghost. Kipps finds himself in a race against time to discover the mystery of the spectre woman before she takes all the children of Crythin Gifford.
These toys and others like them would have been used in the film’s opening scene as the Fisher sisters play innocently in their attic before treading on and breaking their toys after falling victim to the curse of the Woman in Black (Liz White). The collection consists of a set of broken dolls furniture made from painted balsa wood and a broken tea set including jugs, plates and a teapot. The tea set is made from white plaster and features intricately painted bird designs. Broken and distressed for use in the production, this collection remains in very good production-used condition with the teapot measuring approximately 13.5cm x 9cm x 8.5cm (5.25” x 3.5” x 3.25”).

These props are original assets used in the production of the 2012 film The Woman In Black. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store and Exclusive Media. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the film.
