A set of two lamps used in the production of Tom Harper’s 2015 horror-drama, The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The sequel takes place forty years on from the original haunting at Eel Marsh House. A group of children are evacuated from World War II London and ultimately awaken the house's dark, ghostly inhabitant.
These lamps and others like them would have been used as set dressing for H. Jerome’s cellar film sequences. The lamps follow the classic kerosene oil lantern shape including a metal frame that crosses in the centre across a glass dome. One of the lantern’s glass domes has broken through use and time spent in storage. The metal has been distressed to show rusting and aged. The glass centre domes are clouded and dirty from use, to stop the flame being blown out when the lamp is ignited. Distressed for use in production, the lanterns remain in good production-used condition, each measuring approximately 17cm x 11.5cm x 25cm (6.75” x 4.5” x 10”).

These items are original assets used in the production of the 2015 film The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store and Exclusive Media. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the film.
