Wolfman masks, teeth, and Ears from Joe Johnston’s The Wolfman. This lot features four unfinished masks, a set of teeth, and finished and unfinished ears. The pieces would have been used to transform actors Anthony Hopkins and Benicio del Toro into their appearance as the menacing Wolfman.
The masks are made from foam latex and are unpainted. Three of the masks are grey while one is white. On each of the grey masks the teeth have been lightly painted but they remain otherwise unfinished. Two of the grey masks have are labeled with one reading "SW" while the other reads "CG". Also included with these masks are two unfinished jaw pieces. These jaws are painted to match the skin tone of the Wolfman but remain unfinished.
The teeth are made of slip latex and are fully painted with realistic detail. On the inside of each set of teeth "A. Hopkins" is inscribed. The ears were produced for use by Benicio del Toro and are fully painted. A collection of unpainted ears are also included with this lot. These pieces show some wear but are offered in overall good condition. 20" x 16" x 16" (51 cm x 41 cm x 41 cm)
