A costume worn in the sci-fi action film Ultraviolet. Set in the far future, an epidemic that caused a sickness with vampire-like symptoms has almost been brought to an end. With the militant Archministry closing in on the last of the “hemophages”, it’s up to Violet Song (Milla Jovovich) and the resistance to put an end to their corrupt regime.
This costume was a stunt costume worn by stunt doubles playing the hero Violet, and can be seen during the final chapter of the film when Violet has to fight her way through an entire building full of the guards to rescue the child Six (Cameron Bright) and have her final showdown with the evil Daxus (Nick Chinlund), specifically when she attacks the guards in the library.

The costume is composed of a jacket made of red leather with a zip fly and stitched nylon panel detailing on the shoulders and collar, while the top is made of red spandex and the trousers are made of a mix of the two. The top is sleeveless and features plastic detailing at the collar. The jacket is marked “Y” (for stunt double Youlia Galenko) while the trousers are marked “A” (for stunt double Alicia Vela-Bailey). The shirt is unmarked.

The costume remains in a very good condition, and besides a few marks on the jacket the costume features minimal overall wear from its use in a stunt capacity. No sizes marked.
