2019 marked the 30th anniversary of the beloved Empire Magazine. The special edition featured Empire's favourite films from each year between 1989 and 2019. To celebrate they commissioned 30 individual covers depicting each of the 30 movies that made the cut. Shipper, however, landed the big prize with his "Shawshank Redemption" artwork adorning the subscriber-only cover. He chose a depiction of the iconic shot of Andy Dufresne relishing the rain on his face in his first moments of freedom having escaped the infamous prison.
