A framed Bigelow's Air Circus pennant and poster from Joe Johnston's The Rocketeer. Crowd members held branded pennants and posters at Bigelow's Air Circus, where stunt pilot Cliff Secord (Bill Campbell) donned his Rocketeer jetpack.

This lot consists of a green felt pennant labeled "Bigelow's Air Circus Oct. 15, 1938 Chaplin Airfield, Los Angeles, Calif." in vintage-style yellow print on front; and a black and yellow printed "Air Circus" poster printed on poster board. The pennant comes mounted behind glass in a custom black paper-backed frame with a hanging wire on the reverse. This lot exhibits some pilling on the pennant from production and age with minor punctures on the frame's reverse from handling, as well as discoloration and minor grime. Dimensions: (framed) 31.5" x 18.5" x 1" (80 cm x 47 cm x 2.5 cm)
