A set of hand-drawn Oogie Boogie concept sketches from the production of Henry Selick's stop-motion fantasy musical The Nightmare Before Christmas. Oogie Boogie (Ken Page) rose from a podium while singing about his nefarious plan to ruin Christmas. These three concept sketches for the sequence are rendered in ink on illustration paper numbered "1" through "3." Number 1 is labeled "Podium rising," and "32/70/71 Possible combine," while number 2 is marked "shot 32." They are in good overall condition with some tearing and edge wear from production. Dimensions (each): 13.25" x 10.5" (33.75 cm x 26.75 cm)
