A hand-drawn mumakil design and set design copies from the production of Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings trilogy. This lot includes a pencil drawing of a mumakil, the elephant-like beast ridden by the Haradrim, drawn onto thick tracing paper. It includes technical and scale information.

The set designs relate to miniatures built at Dry Creek Quarry near Wellington, New Zealand, which was the site of The Hornburg in The Two Towers and Minas Tirith in The Return of the King. The set designs feature highlighting and some handwritten annotations. The pages have minor staining, tears to the edges and have been rolled for storage. Dimensions (mumakil design): 59 cm x 83.5 cm (23 1/4" x 32 3/4")
