Philip Grayson's (Peter Cushing) severed head from Peter Duffell's British horror anthology The House That Dripped Blood. Philip's head became part of the wax museum's Salome exhibition after he was murdered by the proprietor (Wolfe Morris). This head was a production backup, and was originally obtained from the collection of legendary make-up artist Stuart Freeborn.

The fragile foam latex head is hand-painted and has faux hair and eyebrows. Freeborn added the red paint and gore to the underside of the neck during post-production for a Halloween event. There are signs of wear from production use and age, including cracking, paint wear, and skin discolouration. The majority of the eyebrows are no longer present. Dimensions: 26 cm x 16 cm x 21 cm (10¼" x 6¼" x 8¼")
