This is an original houseboat brochure created for the production of the 2004 Tom Hanks comedy The Terminal. In the film Salchak (Eddie Jones) speaks to Frank Dixon (Stanley Tucci) about the new houseboat he just purchased and unfolds the brochure to show him. This folded color brochure has four pages front and back of color photos of rooms throughout the floating home as well as a floorplan a list of amenities included. Folded, the brochure measures 4” x 9” (10cm x 23cm) unfolded, it measures 16” x 9” (41cm x 23cm). Due to production use and storage, the brochure features some wear on several edges, but remains in good condition.
