Lamia's (Michelle Pfeiffer) screen-matched innkeeper costume from Matthew Vaughn's fantasy adventure Stardust. The evil witch Lamia wore her costume while posing as an innkeeper's wife to trick Yvaine (Claire Danes) and cut out her heart.
The costume consists of a built-in bodice with maroon textured cotton sleeves with a ribbon-laced front; a full-length matching maroon skirt layered with an attached black underskirt featuring a ruffled hem; and a cream-colored linen apron with "SM" printed on an upper corner. Multiple gathered fabric circles decorate the bodice and can be matched to several scenes where Lamia appears as the innkeeper's wife. Attached within the skirt is a padded bum roll which adds fullness to the back. This costume exhibits discoloration on the apron and minor wear to some of the stitching, while a small section of fraying is present on the back neckline of the bodice.
