A hand-drawn Ralph McQuarrie sandcrawler concept sketch for Kevin J. Anderson and Rebecca Moesta's children's book The Mos Eisley Cantina Pop-Up Book. As the project's primary illustrator, renowned Star Wars franchise artist McQuarrie created multiple concept artworks, including sketches of sandcrawlers, ultimately incorporating one into his "The Jawas" illustration.

Rendered in graphite on white paper, this illustration depicts a sandcrawler surrounded by Jawas and moisture vaporators, and features the title "Spread #1," handwritten annotations in purple ink, and a tape mark with illegible writing. This lot exhibits minor discoloration. Dimensions: 8.5" x 11" (21.75 cm x 28 cm)
