A Hoth Rebel trooper pistol from Irvin Kershner's Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Rebel Alliance soldiers used blaster pistols during the Empire's assault on the planet Hoth.

Originating from an extra who played a rebel soldier on location in Norway, this static blaster pistol is made of resin and fiberglass painted black. It features an extended barrel with a flared muzzle piece, which production discontinued in favor of a shortened barrel. Its design is based on the body of an AR-7 with the grip of a Sterling L2A3, and has a nonfunctional scope attached to the top. This lot exhibits chipped and flaked paint, as well as chipped and exposed resin. Dimensions: 14" x 2" x 7" (35.5 cm x 5 cm x 17.75 cm)
