This Teal Style poster is thought to be a possible test print that was never distributed to theaters. It is much rarer than the dark blue style, with only a small number of these posters appearing on the market over the years. This rarity makes it one of the most elusive posters in the franchise. This example is rolled in outstanding condition, displaying only light border creases from handling.

"The Empire Strikes Back," directed by Irvin Kershner and written by Leigh Brackett and Lawrence Kasdan from a George Lucas story, is the second released film and fifth chronological chapter of the Star Wars saga. The sequel, released on May 21, topped the box office with $401.5 million worldwide and is widely regarded as the best Star Wars film and one of the greatest sequels in cinema, leaving a lasting impact on popular culture.
