A framed piece of the Death Star from Richard Marquand's Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. This display features a grey, semi-circular piece of the Death Star, mounted above a plaque which reads "1983 Star Wars / Creativity Contest / Death Star Model Piece". The display is set under glass within the original wooden frame. It comes with a letter of authenticity from the original winner of the piece, explaining how they won it in a Star Wars Fan Club competition. The piece itself has minor wear from production use and the display has some light surface scratches. Dimensions (Death Star piece): 7.5 cm x 14.5 cm x 1 cm (3" x 5¾" x¼"); (display): 28.5 cm x 34.5 cm x 4 cm (11¼" x 13½" x 1½")
