A Millennium Falcon and holochess concept sketch hand-drawn by Ralph McQuarrie for George Lucas' Star Wars: A New Hope. Production illustrator McQuarrie completed this sketch of the dejarik holochess board aboard "Pirate Ship," which would later become the Millennium Falcon, following Lucas' third draft of the script, in which the players on the board were first called "small hologram figures."

This sketch depicting a side view of the board labeled "Hologram people" and "Computer Control" alongside an internal layout view of the Falcon is rendered in graphite on drawing paper. This drawing is also featured on page 68 of the Abrams publication Star Wars Art: Ralph McQuarrie. It is hole-punched and exhibits creased corners from production. Dimensions: 8.5" x 11" (21.75 cm x 28 cm)
