Captain Kathryn Janeway's (Kate Mulgrew) Starfleet command uniform from Star Trek: Voyager. As captain of the Intrepid-class Federation starship Voyager, Janeway wore her uniform throughout the series.

Star Trek: Voyager, which followed the crew of the titular vessel as they journeyed home from the Delta Quadrant, received 33 Emmy Award® nominations throughout its run and won seven, including multiple awards for visual effects. Mulgrew was also the first female lead to appear within the Star Trek franchise.

This costume originated from Christie's 40 Years of Star Trek: The Collection auction held in October 2006. It consists of a black wool-blend zip-front jumpsuit with maroon shoulders, a fastening strip on the left chest with a resin combadge marked "96" in ink, loops along the waist for hanging accessories; and a grey stretch zip-up long sleeve undershirt with turtleneck. Both items feature a sewn-in "VOYAGER" wardrobe label hand-marked "KATE MULGREW." The undershirt exhibits some discolouration, as does the trouser leg of the jumpsuit.
