Crewman Foster's (Damaris Cordelia) Starfleet operations costume from the sci-fi series Star Trek: Voyager. Foster, a Starfleet officer in the operations division, wore her costume throughout Voyager's journey through the Delta Quadrant. The costume was used by other cast members during Voyager and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

This costume consists of a jumpsuit and undershirt. The black wool zip-up jumpsuit features yellow shoulders, a fastening strip on the left chest for affixing a combadge, and boot stirrups. It features a sewn-in Voyager tag marked "B Demaris Cordella" [sic] and a Deep Space Nine tag reading "Size 8 006." The violet-gray, long-sleeve, mock-turtleneck undershirt features a zippered back, a sewn-in Voyager tag reading "B Lydia Shiferan" [sic] and a Deep Space Nine tag reading "Size 10." The costume exhibits wear from use and age, with some staining and holes around the collar of the jumpsuit.
