Starfleet uniform insignia patches from Robert Wise's Star Trek: The Motion Picture. USS Enterprise crew members wore Starfleet insignia patches on their uniforms that designated their departmental roles on the ship throughout the film.

This set originated with a crew member from the production. It consists of an orange Sciences patch, a silver Security patch, a white Command patch, a green Medical patch, a red Cadet patch, and a yellow Engineering patch. Each is made of felt embroidered with gray Starfleet insignia at their centers. These patches exhibit loose threads and a minor buildup of grime.
