Leonard Nimoy's annotated casting books with ephemera from Nimoy's directorial debut Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. Nimoy had a say in the casting, and was keyed into production needs.
This lot, originally sourced from Leonard Nimoy's assistant Teresa Victor, consists of two binders: one black plastic three-ring binder organized by character, featuring headshots of performers under consideration, script portions by character, and annotations on decisions regarding their casting; and a second green color patterned three-ring binder with stunt performer headshots, portfolios, and annotations. The lot Includes prolific annotated memoranda and other production ephemera, some issued by his personal assistant, Teresa Victor. The lot exhibits edgewear and discoloration from age.
