The Iowa cop's uniform from Star Trek. The Iowa cop is seen after a young Kirk was caught speeding in an antique car. The costume consists of a tunic (approximate size 36), an undershirt (double extra large), pants (approximate size 32), two hoods, a pair of gloves, and a pair of boots (approximate size 12).

The dark blue neoprene tunic features a hidden zipper, a metal police insignia pinned to the left breast and Iowa state seals fixed on to sashes pinned onto each arm. The undershirt consists of a black long-sleeved Spandex sport shirt. The dark blue pants are also made of neoprene and include black elastic suspenders. The two hoods are made of black neoprene. The black gloves are made of leather and mesh. The black boots are made of leather and rubber.

The costume features hand-written wardrobe labels in the tunic and hoods marked with the actor's name. One of the boots also has a hand-written label marked "stunt".

Also included are wardrobe tags with hand-written notes about the costume.
