Otto Delaney's (Kurt Sutter) Stockton Prison medical file and a newspaper cover page from the crime drama TV series Sons of Anarchy. SAMCRO member Otto spent his final days in prison and this file features pages of paperwork with his name and details on, as well as other miscellaneous pages to bulk up the file. The newspaper cover for the San Joaquin Tribune features a headline of "Charming Garden Charity Event Overshadowed by Local Violence" above a picture of Clay Morrow (Ron Perlman) and Elliot Oswald (Patrick St. Esprit). The articles feature placeholder text and the paper has been folded in half. Dimensions: 14.75" x 10" x 0.5" (37.5 cm x 25.5 cm x 1.25 cm)
