A Royal Family Shield from Rupert Sanders' 2012 fantasy film, Snow White & the Huntsman. In the film, a Huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) tasked with murdering Snow White becomes her unlikely protector as the pair embark on a quest to rid the kingdom of the evil Queen Ravenna (Charlize Theron). Shield's of this style are only used by Snow White (Kristen Stewart) and her late father, King Magnus (Noah Huntley).
The kite shaped shield, which is made of rubber, features the family crest (a Tree of Life with one apple) etched onto the front. The shield has been painted silver with a golden tree in the center, and includes a bronze trim around the perimeter. The reverse side of the shield has been covered in soft brown leather and includes a leather carrying strap over an area padded for comfort.
This item features minor wear from production use, including scuffs from combat, but remains in very good condition.
