A poster promoting punk rock band The Sex Pistols' debut single "Anarchy in the U.K." released by EMI Records in November 1976. At the time of its release, the song was met with multiple negative reviews and banned from radio. However, the single is now regarded as one of the definitive punk anthems. The artwork on this poster was designed by British artist Jamie Reid, whose collaborations with The Sex Pistols remain some of the most famous music artwork of all time. The lot displays visible fold lines and small tears around its edges. Dimensions: 72 cm x 97.5 cm (28 1/4" x 38 1/4")
