An SFX throwing star from the 2010 action packed horror film, Resident Evil: Afterlife. This is a special effects version of the throwing stars Alice (Milla Jovovich) uses in the opening scenes of the film as her and her clones attempt to kill Alber Wesker (Shawn Roberts) at his base in Japan.

The weapon is crafted out of plastic and features a three point design with one of the points cut down and attached to a flat, fabric covered appliance. The appliance was used during filming to attach the weapon to the actor to give the illusion that the it had punctured the skin. The full length double bladed spikes extend approximately 2" (5cm) from the center and the short side with application measures 1.5" from the center. Exhibits chipped paint.
