Rambo’s (Sylvester Stallone) machete with shortened blade from the production of Sylvester Stallone’s 2008 installment to the ‘First Blood’ series: Rambo. Living a quiet life in Thailand, John Rambo is hired to ferry a group of missionaries into Burma. When they are reported missing, Rambo joins a group of mercenaries to venture into the warzone and retrieve them from captivity. Different sized iterations of Rambo’s ferocious blade were used during the various sequences of dismemberment. This particular piece was used when Major Tint is impaled by Rambo as he attempts to escape.
Custom made, this screen matched piece is ¼ the length of Rambo’s original weapon. Black tape has been wrapped in layers around the blade with duct-tape strips along the edges in order to give the illusion of being plunged into the warlords belly. The handle remains crafted in detail, wound in black grip-tape with a small carrying strap tied into the base of the piece. There are also smears of what appears to be synthetic blood just beneath the item’s gripped handle.
This piece shows some wear from production but remains in good overall condition. Please note that this prop has a sharp blade and must be handled with care as misuse can cause serious bodily harm. Must be age 21+ to order. Please inquire for further details.
