An SFX stunt machete and a partially bladed hero stunt machete from Sylvester Stallone's action sequel Rambo. John Rambo (Stallone) forged a machete in a furnace and used it in several action sequences, including one where he decapitated an enemy soldier, and another where he impaled warlord Major Pa Tee Tint (Muang Muang Khin). A machete with a partial blade was used in the subsequent scene, in which Rambo disembowelled Tint. In an interview, Stallone said he chose a machete because he wanted Rambo "to forge a crude knife that is basically, him: nothing pretty, nothing glamorous."

The SFX machete is made of rubber with a squared faux blade. The partially bladed machete is made of metal with tape along the edges of the blade for safety. The handles of both machetes are wrapped in black grip tape, and a small carrying strap is tied through a hole at the bottom of each handle. The SFX machete blade exhibits some flaking, and both machetes show some wear from production, but they remain in good overall condition.
