An Alemut Archery Set used in Mike Newell's 2010 action adventure Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.

The archer defenders of the Holy City if Alemut used this style of bow and arrows throughout the movie's early battle scenes when Dastan (Jake Gyllenhaal) and his brothers attacked.

The bow is bound with tan leather and strung with modern bowstring which is still very springy and tight. There is a cream and brown leather holster for the bow the features several ornate brass bosses in the outer corners and supported with a braided leather sling. Finally, the cream coloured wooden quiver is full of blunted arrows with colourful lines and feather flights, again with a braided sling and ornate detailing.

It makes for a very comprehensive set and all show signs of much use on set in an excellent production used condition. The bow measures 116cm (45.75") long and the longest arrow is 91cm (35.75") from the bottom of the quiver.
