Carol Anne Freeling's (Heather O'Rourke) SFX bust from Brian Gibson's Poltergeist II: The Other Side. The Freelings fought for their lives on "The Other Side" and Carol Anne nearly crossed over into the afterlife.

This SFX appliance is crafted out of foam latex, that has since dried, and sits over a plaster bust with a black painted base, which resembles Carol Anne's under skull during her decomposing scenes. The bust has been painted and detailed to match the young actresses appearance and even features strands of hand punched and glued sections of blonde hair throughout the head. This bust has been restored along the nose, mouth, and eyes with eyelashes, and has been fitted with a partial nightgown to complete the display. This lot exhibits flaking and cracking foam latex, as well as chipping plaster around the base. Dimensions: 51 cm x 30.5 cm x 43 cm (20" x 12" x 17")
