A set of three chair backs from the production of Robert Zemeckis' animated adventure film The Polar Express. Cast and crew use distinctive 'director's chairs' on set when resting between takes.

All three are made of thick navy canvas and display the film title with an image of a jingle bell featuring a reflection of the train. On the reverse, two of the chair backs feature the names of director Robert Zemeckis and main cast member Tom Hanks, while the third displays the word "Cast", all printed in white and grey. The lot exhibits some minor stains and marks from use. Dimensions (each): 17 cm x 55 cm x 0.5 cm (6 3/4" x 21 1/2" x 1/4")
