A displayed stand-in punch puppet from Robert Zemeckis' animated adventure film The Polar Express. Hero Boy (Tom Hanks) played with a punch puppet on Christmas morning when his younger sister Sarah handed him a present containing his lost bell from Santa. Physical props were used by live-performing actors, who dressed in Lycra suits covered in sensors for the purposes of motion capture. The actors and the props they held were then overlaid with computer-generated 3D models.

This puppet features a resin head, painted wooden hands and legs, and is dressed in a deep red velvet costume decorated with gold-color trim. It comes with a custom-made display featuring the film title. Dimensions (displayed): 12" x 11.75" x 28.25" (30.5 cm x 30 cm x 72 cm)
