Septimus is featured in the Royal Society Sequence as the Pirate Captain presents Polly the dodo to an astounded audience with an aim to claim the riches from the first place Scientific Discovery of the Year prize! His clothing is foam latex, with silicone shoes, skin and moustache. Wire is located within his coat tails for added realistic movement. His head and hair are resin with a small amount of plasticine around his pose-able eyes and an interchangeable mouthpiece made from ‘Rapid Prototyped’ resin. He has been built around an intricate metal armature which allows him to be easily posed and animated. There is a small amount of exposed wire at the top of his coat tails and cracking around his joints, but he otherwise remains in very good production used condition, Septimus is presented here on a bespoke display stand, measuring approximately 36cm (14.25”), with the stand measuring approximately 13.5x12.5cm (5.25x4.75”) around the base.

It's a quest that takes our heroes from the shores of exotic Blood Island to the foggy streets of Victorian London. Along the way they do battle with the pirate-hating Queen Victoria and team up with a young Charles Darwin, but never lose sight of what a pirate loves best: adventure!
