An autographed photograph of Penelope Elcott (Natalie Wood) from the promotion of Arthur Hiller's Penelope. The film is best known today for Elcott's costumes, including the nightgown worn in this MGM publicity still designed by legendary Hollywood costumier Edith Head.

This black-and-white glossy gelatin silver print is labeled on front and back with MGM inventory number "C1848-17" and signed in black marker by Wood, inscribed "To Glenn with much love" to actor Glenn Strange, a regular in director John Ford's films, who made Wood a star with The Searchers. The autograph is smudged; the print exhibits yellowing and tearing along its edges. Dimensions: 8" x 10" (20.5 cm x 25.5 cm)
