A stunt Japanese NCO samurai sword and sheath from Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks’ WWII TV mini-series The Pacific.

This sword and others like it were made for the production to be used by the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) of the Japanese Army throughout the series. This sword is made of rubber with a metal armature. It has been painted silver on the blade to resemble metal and the handle as been made to look like it is wrapped in strips of leather. The handle is painted brown.

The sword has some wear from production use and age, including scuffing, scratches, damage to the tip of the blade and warping on the guard. However, in spite of this wear, the sword remains in a good condition.

Materials: Rubber, Ferrous Metals.
