A vintage silver gelatin photographic print showing Oasis taken by photographer Jill Furmanovsky in June 1997. The picture shows all five members with San Francisco as the backdrop. This print is from Jill Furmanovsky's private collection.

In 1997, Furmanovsky released a book titled "Was There Then", containing the images she had taken of Oasis. She also held an exhibition with the same title displayed at The Roundhouse from September to October that year. This lot is an original silver gelatin print produced for the exhibition and is dry mounted to card featuring an annotation on the back handwritten by Furmanovsky. The image is printed on silver gelatin fibre paper, labelled "Oasis, San Francisco, June 1997", and signed by Furmanovsky in black ink. The print displays minor marks and there is light discolouration on the card. Dimensions: 65 cm x 54.5 cm (25.5" x 21.5")
