A production-used clapperboard from Barbara Streisand’s 1996 comedy-drama The Mirror Has Two Faces.

The clapperboard consists of an acrylic plate with a wooden clapperstick affixed to the top. Used by the ‘A’ camera unit during filming, the production title and the names of the director Barbra Streisand and cinematographer Andrzej Bartkowiak are all engraved on the front in red.

Black marker has been used to fill in the roll, scene and take fields. The date “4.29.96” has been written on a piece of masking tape, which has folded back on itself at one end. The clapperstick displays paint wear and the piece shows minor scuffs from production use.
