A Pre-Crime Halo from the 2002 Steven Spielberg science fiction film Minority Report. Items such as this can be seen used by the Pre-Crime unit as they capture their soon to be criminals and place "halos" on their heads, rendering them fully incapacitated for the term of their sentence.
This police restraining device features a gray resin head piece which holds a functioning red light, and can be easily turned on and off with a small black switch located on the backside of the piece. There are two adjustable aluminum restraining bands which connect to the main head piece that can be moved in and out for easy fitting. Also attached to the bands are two circular rubber pads that can be rotated as well.
Due to production use and storage, this item displays light wear and a missing circular pad below the light box, but overall this item remains in good condition.
