A Serleena (Lara Flynn Boyle) stunt mask from Barry Sonnenfeld's sci-fi comedy Men in Black II. The head was created for Boyle's character in the film though it is unclear how the piece was used. The head consists of slip latex cast and painted to resemble Serleena, including various shades of makeup, lipstick and eyebrows have been painted on as well. The eyes are plastic lenses adhered to the latex, and have been painted a blue color with a pinhole area left unpainted to allow the performer to see. Eyelash extensions have been added and long brunette hair has been attached via mesh netting at the top and rear of the head. A slit is cut in the back of the head to allow the wearer to put on the mask. The piece is offered on a wooden base and remains in excellent condition. Dimensions (on base): 15" x 15" 14" (38 cm x 38 cm x 35 cm)
