Trinity's (Carrie-Anne Moss) Cadillac CTS License Plate Display from Andy and Lana Wachowski's 2003 action packed sci-fi sequel, The Matrix Reloaded. In the film, Neo (Keanu Reeves) must find a way to save the last human city of Zion from the relentless machine sentinels, all while learning more of the dark secrets behind the creation of the Matrix.
This license plate come from the explosive freeway chase scene in which Trinty and Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) are relentlessly pursued by the Twins (Adrian and Neil Rayment), several Agents, and the Metropolitan Police. During the getaway, Trinity finds herself behind the wheel of a 2003 Cadillac CTS. Belonging to the CTS, this plate has been made from metal and features raised lettering in the Matrix's signature green color. The plate features "Metropolitan" at the top, with the plate number "DA203" below.
This item comes beautifully presented in a custom built wooden display frame that includes two stills from the movie along with the film's title that has been laser cut on a mount board. This framed display also features a hinged glass cover that can be opened, allowing easy access to the prop. Trinity's plate measures approximately 12" x 6" (30cm x 15cm) while the display frame measures 3" x 23" x 21" (8cm x 58cm x 53cm). The plate features minor wear from production use, however it remains in very good condition.
