A Claude Banks (Martin Lawrence) makeup test bust from the production of Ted Demme's Life. This bust was created to test the makeup designed for Lawrence to portray an older Banks, as the character drastically aged throughout the film.

This bust consists of a biscuit foam lifecast of Lawrence with foam latex appliances glued down, blended, and painted as they would be if applied to the actor; gray hair adhered to the cheeks and eyebrows; and pinned black cloth around the shoulders. The latex exhibits cracking throughout, most notably on the top of the head, nose, and chest. Dimensions: 20" x 12" x 20" (51 cm x 30.5 cm x 51 cm)
