Suzzana's (Julia Ormand) vintage white embroidered tea gown from Edward Zwick's 1994 romantic drama, Legends of the Fall. This epic tale tells the story of three brothers and their father living in the remote wilderness of 1900s America and how their lives are affected by nature, history, war, and love. This dress can be seen early in the film when Suzanna joins the family for dinner.
This 1910's vintage dress is made with off white embroidered tulle with needle lace overlay. Featuring a V-neck, six glass buttons line the edge of the lining. Delicate over skirts lay over the underskirt, which features a 4" band of needle lace at the hem. Finishing this dress is an off white silk sash. The bust of the dress measures 36" and the waist 26". No other tags or sizing information is included with this dress. It is also advised that this garment not be washed, due to its delicate nature.
This item features some signs of wear from production use and age, including a few minor loose threads near the edge of the sleeves, but remains in overall excellent condition.
