This poster from the original King Kong, one of the most recognizable and beloved titles ever, is highly prized and desired. This seldom-seen Czechoslovakian poster has surfaced only a few times, depicting the classic climactic scene from the film, with Kong standing on top of the Empire State Building, grasping Fay Wray in one hand and a plane in the other.

This poster has been linen backed and has had airbrushing around the borders, with restoration and replacement to holes, including one midway on the left side near the border, one in the bottom border, and paper loss in the bottom right corner. Kong's image remains intact.

One of the most popular and groundbreaking fantasy-horror films ever made, King Kong featured state-of-the-art stop-motion animation created by Willis O'Brien which set the standard for decades of imitators.
