A Tyrannosaurus rex claw made during the production of Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park.

Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill) protected Lex (Ariana Richards) and her younger brother Tim (Joseph Mazzello) from an escaped T-Rex.

This lot was created by key artist Rob Hinderstein at Stan Winston Studio to determine the final look of the animatronic dinosaur's massive claws. It is made of highly-detailed hollow cast resin and is painted brown and black with gray highlights. The dewclaw exhibits minor paint wear and some small cracks in the finish of the bottom. Dimensions: 7" x 3" x 4" (18 cm x 7.75 cm x 10.25 cm)
